  • No Automated Cart Checkout: HZS Dynamics operates as a product portfolio and lead-generation platform. All quotes, design approvals, order specifications, and invoices are handled directly through authorized representative communications via WhatsApp or official email.
  • Sizing & Measurement Responsibility: Customers are required to provide accurate head circumference measurements during consultation. HZS Dynamics builds products according to the specifications provided; claims resulting from incorrect customer-supplied measurements are non-eligible for standard returns.

2. Intellectual Property & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

  • Fan-Made Original Artwork: All custom wearable props displayed or produced by HZS Dynamics are fan-made commissioned artwork or original sci-fi designs manufactured by our independent source facility in China.
  • Strict IP Non-Affiliation: HZS Dynamics is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by Marvel Entertainment, Disney, Sony, or any other movie, comic, or commercial franchise.
  • No Official Trademarks On-Site: Product listings and imagery on HZS Dynamics consist strictly of original AI-generated concept art or original custom builds.

3. Product Nature & Safety Disclaimer

  • Display & Cosplay Prop Only: All wearable mecha helmets, masks, and mechanical props manufactured by HZS Dynamics are designed strictly for display, cosplay, content creation, and aesthetic collection.
  • NOT A SAFETY HELMET: NONE of HZS Dynamics products are certified protective gear. They MUST NOT be worn or used as safety helmets for motorcycle riding, cycling, motorsport, or any high-risk physical activities. HZS Dynamics disclaims all liability for injuries resulting from improper or dangerous use.

4. OEM & Wholesale Commissions

B2B OEM and bulk wholesale orders placed with HZS Dynamics are governed by individual written commission agreements finalized via direct communications, specifying production timelines, quality inspection standards, and bulk logistics terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
