All custom motorized sci-fi helmets and props from HZS Dynamics are individually crafted, assembled, and quality-tested at our specialized factory in China before being dispatched worldwide.

1. Production Lead Times (Handmade & Custom Builds)

Because each piece at HZS Dynamics involves precision 3D printing, manual sanding, custom painting, and servo electronics installation:

• Custom Sample Builds: Production typically takes 25 to 45 business days from the date of final 3D design approval.
• Bulk OEM Wholesale Orders: Timelines are calculated based on order quantity and agreed upon during consultation.

2. Quality Inspection Before Shipping

Before dispatching any completed custom build, the HZS Dynamics team performs rigorous mechanical and electronic testing. We will send high-definition photos and video inspection clips to you via direct messaging for final confirmation prior to packaging.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched from our factory, international air express carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) handle delivery for HZS Dynamics orders:

• UK & European Union: 7–12 business days (Air Express)
• North America: 7–10 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

All packages shipped by HZS Dynamics include end-to-end tracking numbers provided once shipped.

4. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international shipments outside of mainland China, customers or importers are responsible for any applicable local customs duties, VAT, or import tariffs imposed by destination country authorities.
